Glans/Corona Infection still undiagnosed

Hello all,

I hope someone has an answer to this because i am at my wits end. For over a year now I have been dealing with a strange balanitis type of problem. It all started after one afternoon session with my ex girlfriend. The only thing different I can recall is there was a very dry period during sex and I forced penetration felt like I maybe injured the skin then? Not sure. She claims she is clean and has no symptoms. I have since been tested multiple times for chlamydia and gonnorehea by means of urethral swabs and urine samples. These have all come back negative.  I have not had any lesions or growths of any kind. No pus or discharge from urethra. I have seen multiple urologists and GPs and they all have no answer and claim i have no STDs. My issue is, when the penis is flaccid it looks pretty normal, and thats part of the reason doctors havent been able to see much/say much. However when I am erect or semi erect there is a bright red ring around the rim of the glans (corona) this is very unsightly and causes significant discomfort during masturbation and any attemps at sex i have had since. Along with this redness and swelling of thr corona,  Every now and then my meatus will get very pink and sometimes it is 3 or 4x its original size. This is also very uncomfortable. I will also get pink specks and blotchy red skin. it is all just very strange. Add to those the skin gets wrinkly and bright pink with a lot of dryness that is visible when erect. It is a constant mild discomfort during erection. I have gone through several ointments (nystatin, hydrocortisone,  clotrimazole) as well as receieved a rocephin shot and a course of doxy. None of these have helped. My condition has essentially remained the same. It comes and goes, throughout this time I have never had leisons or any herpatic symptoms. Can this be HPV? Or what could it be? I havent been sexually active since this incident. Someone please offer some advice as to what this could be. I am running out of ideas and tired of seeing doctors who arent able to diagnose this. This is ruining my life. Please help.

Sincerely,
thisguy1101
