Gone with gonorrhea for a long time, I just found out

OK so I slept with this girl exactly 18 months ago. I used a condom, but about a week after I started passing a lot of gas and a I felt bloated all the time. My tailbone also hurt a lot. So I went to the doc and for six months he could not figure out what was wrong with me. After six months he told me I had a prostate infection so he put me on ciprofloxacin for 35 days. I didn't get better so he said I was lactose intolerant. I kept going back and he could not figure out what was wrong with me. At the end he diagnosed me as having a mental problem. Just about a month ago I started having rectal discharge so this time I went to a different doctor. I turns out that I tested positive for gonorrhea. So I have three questions here if you could answer:

1. What's more possible? That I got it from having sex with someone I didn't know, but I used a condom just two weeks before I started having problems with my digestive system and pain on my tailbone? Or is it more likely that I got it from having unprotected sex with my ex girlfriend a year before I started having these symptoms?

2. Depending on the answer above I've either had it for a year and a half, or two and a half years. Also I started having sex with my current partner about 14 months ago. Is it possible that we could be infertile now? Or could there be any complications?

3. I was giving a single dose of antibiotics, two large blue pills at the doc's office. However now I'm having pain in my testicles and my lower back. Is this normal while taking the antibiotics? I didn't have them before, however the rectal discharge and the problems with my digestive system have stopped.

Thank you.

Do you think all this could be a sign of appendicitis? I'm saying because in the fast few days I've having pain on my lower right part of the abdomen. It also feels like it has pressure built up, and it feels relieved when I have a bowel movement.

You could have another issue going on and with your gf testing negative for gonorrhea backs up my theory that your gonorrhea test was a false positive.

1. Your symptoms have nothing to do with gonorrhea. Bloating and gas and the anal discharge are not symptoms. The anal discharge would only be a symptom if you had unprotected anal sex. So if you had a urine test for gonorrhea I believe you might have gotten a false positive.

2. Have your current GF tested I think she will be negative because again I think you had a false positive. Men will not go that long without some kind of symptoms of gonorrhea and like I said unless you had unprotected anal sex then your anal discharge has nothing to do with gonorrhea.

3. Antibiotics often have side effects so it could be giving you this pain.
