Gonorrhoea

I have gonorrhea and i'm planning to buy Zithromax or Unasyn but I don't know if they are over-the-counter drugs. I had this before and got cured by a Doctor but He ask too much money. I broke up with my Gf because we were already 3 years and suddenly it happened, she confessed that she had sex with someone else. So we broke up. 1 year later of moving on. I had a new Gf. Unfortunately, my present one has it too and she doesn't know until i told her what it is AFTER she infected me. Please help me! Or give me directions on what to do next. I don't want to go to the Doctor again. Instead I want to buy medicines myself. Any suggestions about what to buy? Thank you in advance.

Silly me. The treatment is posted all over Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

I apologize for I had no time reading about the rules here regarding medication confidentiality for I was already too paranoid about this drip I got yesterday but still I thank you for this site and Vance2335's reliability with no offense to other good doctors out there.

***Spoiler Alert***

Cefixime 400 mg (SUPRAX) in a single oral dose
PLUS
Azithromycin 1 g (ZITHROMAX) orally in a single dose (can be taken as 2 x 500mg or 4 x 250mg

Yes I had been diagnosed by a Dr and he said it is Gonorrhea but he does not tell me what drug he gives. He gives the pills himself in a resealable plastic sachet. He is a well known doctor in our place but he does not want his patients to know his pills.

I have been reading on Google and so far Azithromycin is my best bet.
I am hoping i could get free consultation from you before I take it for I can't afford a Doctor again. I am from Philippines where poverty is very common.

1. Have you been diagnosed by a Dr?
2. We don't give medication info
3. Your Dr should be the person to prescribe the correct medication
4. We never recommend self medication
