HPV? Bacterial?

I posted this a while ago with no real response. I have been trying to treat it at home with ACV but it burns and leaves scabs. I have itching/irritation on/off in the scrotum and groin areas. These symptoms don't seem to match any STI, but this was contracted from another person. Please, if anyone has any idea...

Almost a year ago I received oral sex from a sex trade worker. 1-week later my penis broke out in a rash, little red bumps everywhere and my urethra burned like crazy and it was painful to urinate. I went to a doctor and was tested for STIs, all tests were negative. The doctor gave me some anti-fungal cream and steroid cream which helped to reduce the inflammation, but it never fully went away. I am left with a small pinkish-red-purple patch on my shaft which never goes away. I also tried the "Vinegar test" for HPV and found that some white dots appeared on my shaft, which scabbed over. Now, for the past several months I've been experiencing constant itch and irritation, sort of itchy pins and needles feeling in my scrotum, anus and thigh areas. I've tried coconut oil, lotion, changing soaps, supplements, nothing is working! Are these possible symptoms of HPV? I've read that HPV tends to clear up on it's own, but there's lots of mixed information online and no one seems to know much about this disease. It's been a almost a year (Oct 2016 - Sept 2017) why hasn't this cleared up yet? Is there ANYTHING I can try????

oh I see, I'll look into that! Thank you for the info
ok so I'm on a longer prescription for 2 part cream but I'm doubtful it will work. It seems to be getting worse right now, is that normal? She said she suspects dermatitis of some sort but I still believe this is HPV

You should be tested for diabetes if you already haven't.

Hi no theyare not HPV symptoms and it would appear your constant looking for things like the white dots you mention your causing the itching your self by picking at the white dots causing  and injury. Short of going to a dermatoligist for some bioseys try using some over the counter cortizone cream with aloe 1% as should help with the itching.
This would have nothing to do with the oral sex you recieved a year ago.

No, I said the ACV caused white dots to appear. If I look in certain light I can see tiny little dots here and there, but they're very small and hard to see. The redness and blotchy color never goes away, it's like I more blood vessels are apparent throughout my penis, especially in those areas that are blotchy. Also, the itching is in the scrotum and groin which I've not been picking or inspecting whatsoever. I tried anti-fungal and cortizone, both in low concentration and slightly higher, separately and together. i've tried EVERYTHING. Nothing helps and I'm 100% positive I got this from that oral sex.
Oral sex symptoms are a white puss penis discharge, burning while urinating or genital blisters not what your describing.
I had burning in my urethra for a couple weeks mostly after urination. Clear discharge for a couple days. Never puss of any kind or blisters.
I'm sorry if my messages are blunt, I'm feeling overwhelmed with this. Are you a doctor? I can send pics if needed... I would like any kind of clue to what this is. I've read online that HPV MAY cause itching/burning in the groin, is that possible? I've previously has issues with slowed urination and difficulty emptying my bladder, could that be related? I have had a dull ache in my left pelvis.
HPV are warts and very obvious not what your describing. The penis produces clear discharge called mucus which is normal. with the burning after have your prostate checked
Do you have any idea what I could be seeing? can fungus cause this?
Fungas are topical infections and can be caused by constantly touching the area with dirty fingers.
I tried the ACV treatment for a few days now and there's many spots that have scabbed over and small patches of skin without bumps as well. Any idea of what would react like this? there's many small shiny patches as well
Shiny patches and small bumps would be consistent with a yeast infection. They also tend to show more after friction
Ok thanks, I'll try anti-fungals again
Can HPV flare up or change quickly? it seems whenever I drink alcohol or don't  get much sleep the problem becomes worse.
No, warts tend to stay the same for long periods and may not go away or may go away.
Balantis can flare up from alcohol when it's passed thru urine
I've tried 150mg flucanozole and cream, no success. I'm still getting this irritation and itch in scrotum area my penis is very red. Anyone have any ideas?
After a late night of drinking i've been suffering with extreme itching and irritation all weekend. I still have blotchy redness and no rash on scrotum or thighs, but the itch and irritation is unbearable. Does anyone have these symptoms?
