Have I been intentionally poisoned/infected ?

Sorry for posting the same question I don't know how to delete my previous question and wanted to clean it up so it's easier for everyone to read.

Recently I slept with a prostitute after consuming a lot of alcohol (I am stupid) . We had unprotected oral and protected intercourse. Majority of it being oral.

As we finished, we wiped ourselves off with antibacterial wipes and she "helped" me wipe my genitals starting from my anus. As she was wiping me off she stuck her finger in my anus about quarter inch deep for a few seconds, I found this to be extremely odd afterwards .

Could she have infected me any possible way through this?

         Because the day after I
experienced flu like symptoms and the symptoms have been lasting for about a month now and still continuous. The headache has improved but it is still there, my appetite has improved, ringing in my ears has stayed the same, my muscle aches in my neck and back and doesn't seem to be improving.

I just don't feel the same in my head, my visual perception does not feel normal and I don't think it has to do with anxiety because my perception has felt like this since the day after I had sex with her. Please help me

I’ve recently been through multiple tests such as blood, urine, and CT scan. I came back clean, everything showed up as normal. However, my symptoms still persist. Could there be a parasite causing this? My doctor is stumped and his solution is prescription drugs. I would really hate to live off prescription drugs for the rest of my life and would rather find an antibiotic. I feel poisoned like something has been put inside of me.

I am going to set up an appointment with a primary care doctor. Is this necessary? Where can I get a medical exam?

I am positive it is not related. This illness is unfamiliar out of all the 24 years I have been alive.

What kind of infection could I have caught? I don't feel the same anymore since the day I felt the illness and it has been about a month now. My eyes don't feel the same anymore.
