Help, not sure if I have an STD
So, I had unprotected sex a few months ago and experienced no symptoms or discomforts, but in the past month I've experienced genital tingling, itching and anus itching- as well as a tightness around the anus. I'm not sure what it is and was hoping to get some kind of insight here!

Forgot to add that a few days after there were tiny, flat painless bumps on the head of my penis, they cleared up a week after and haven't reappeared since.
