Help me find out what I have

Hello and thanks in advance for reading my story. I had a few episodes of mutual unprotected oral sex with my girlfriend and the last one was on the 12th of August 2014. Since then, I've been diagnosed with candida balanitis (penis) and I've been fighting with it since then - it comes and goes and so on, most likely due to a weak immune system.

Also, three weeks ago I started to worry a lot about my condition and got a really dry throat and now it hurts a little - my tongue is pretty white when I wake up and has little red spots (I also have a geographic tongue) - I went to see a throat specialist and she said I'm fine and gave me a treatment for my throat and tongue. This Tuesday I have an appointment to do a throat ultrasound to make sure I'm alright on the inside.

I am curious of what STD tests should I take. I've done the HIV test on the 30th of October (negative) and found out that my girlfriend had it done as well a year ago and it turned out negative - I was her only contact since her test, so I guess I can scrap HIV of the possibilities. I recently documented myself about throat and oral cancer due to HPV and as a hypochondriac, I panicked. I've been going under a lot of stress these months and I think it is contributing to my condition.

So bottom line, my current symptoms are: candida balanitis (under treatment), white tongue in the morning and some red spots, sore throat and spasmophilia (inherited from my father).

What can you advise me to do? Thanks in advance for reading and trying to help me. I'm scared to death to be honest and I have no idea where to head for more help and that's why I decided to ask here. If you need more details or if I left anything out, I'll edit later.

Thank you for taking time into replying. My tongue looks pretty normal during the day, however it gets worse in the evening. On the back of the tongue I have a constant white-greenish yeast (half the tongue and cannot be scrapped). I actually did a test for culture of candida on my tongue and it came back negative. I really don't know what else to do. This treatment for my tongue and throat doesn't seem to fix the problem.

Could other STDs cause this yeast infection? God, I wish I was much more careful.

yeast infections can be a booger to get rid of. We all have yeast naturally on our bodies and overgrowth is quite common. Also what is normal on someone else's body, isn't always so normal when introduced to our genital/urinary systems.  You can google to see more info on jock itch and how to prevent it ( it's related to what you have ). Really no reason to think that you have a bad immune system or anything "bad" going on.

white tongue only in the morning is pretty normal too. We dry out our mouths breathing through our mouths at night. have they considered gastric reflux and allergies and such too? post sinus drip can also cause sore throat and white tongue in the morning.
