Herpes Simplex Virus 2

I think I asked this before, but I'm really paranoid right now. Here is my story. I gave a guy a handjob, and then proceeded to go to the washroom, and urinated, touching my genitals in the process. There was nothing on his penis whatsoever sore-wise, I looked closely, as I'm paranoid. Anyway, if he had herpes, would that be a way to contract it ? Several people told me this is not a way to contract it, and that it needs to be direct skin to skin contact, and that it basically needs to be rubbed into the skin. Ect...... I'll greatly appreciate an answer that would relive my paranoia.

this is not a way to get herpes, it could be something as simple as a razorburn from shaving
