Herpes bumps and popping them

When i'm not having a herpes outbreak there is still 3 white bumps that stay on my vaginal area. Every now and again i am able to pull the white part off almost like it is a pimple. Can this cause me to have an outbreak? and why do those bumps stay there i thought they are suppose to go away?

Bumps that don't ever go away are not due to herpes. Do not pick at them or pop them - follow up on them with your doctor to find out what is going on. If it's hpv or molluscum then they need different treatment.
