Herpes or something else?

Hi. So I had unprotected sex last saturday with a girl who swears up and down she is clean. She says she was tested 2 months ago and has no infections and had not had sex between that time and when we did it. However I have a pain inside the tip of my penis around the urthrea. It does NOT hurt to pee. For a few days it was the only symptom I had. However I have been EXTREMELY anxious and worried and stressed about what it could be. I had a urinalysis (the one where they use a strip) and confirmed it isn't bacterial because my urine was clean. I didn't show any other symptoms at the time that I had an STD. There is this little white line of barely visible dots on my glans near the tip, but the doctor said it was probably a vein or something that comes and goes with blood pressure. However the pain didn't go away. I was given doxycycline hyclate yesterday and took two pills (1 at around 2 pm and one at 7).

Now, I was still very stressed but a little relieved, hoping this medicine would help. But later I looked in the mirror and saw a little bump on my lip. I panicked. I don't know for sure if it was a side effect of the drugs so I called a doctor. I found another bump inside my on the back of the bottom lips too. I sent the doctor a picture and he said they looked viral. (Oh ****). So I was worried it was herpes and I don't know for sure what the thing on my glans is for sure (Despite assurances from the nurse), so I was worried it was early symptoms for genital herpes (I pray to God that it isn't!). The picture I emailed him was blurry so he couldn't tell me anything for that. The doctor told me to stop taking the Doxycycline Hyclate and prescribed to me Valacyclovir (4 tablets. 2 every 12 hours) and Azithromycin 250mg tavlets and the instructions were to take all 4 in one dose.

After taking the medication I felt sick and had 2 trips to the bathroom with diarhea. No burning pain in urine still. Anyway The blisters/bumps are still here and I am worried sick that I might have not just mouth herpes but genital too. If I could post pictures or send them to a doctor here I would. Please help me.

Is it stress causing these bums in my mouth? Is it the Doxycycline? Both? ANd could my penis tip pain be from friction burn from unlubed sex?

The thing is though that I took Azithromycin earlier this week in addition to valcyclovir. So it can't be a fungal infection. There is still some burning in the folds of the thigh-groin region. Some penile sensitivity as well. Could it be psychologically induced pain?Or is it herpes attacking my nerves, but with no blisters (due to valcyclovir)

UPDATE: Today I've been feeling chaffing between my scrotum and my thigh. I can't see any visible rashes except what looks like 2 or 3 tiny pimples, which dont cover the entire area that is in pain. COuld it be inflamed hair follicles?

But why do I have this pain in my penis tip then? Also Myanus has been itchy and sore when diarheaing today after taking the antibiotics. I used a mirror to look inside and see if anythign was wrong. I know I have hemrhoids but I saw some small yellow bumps which I am afraid would be anal herpes. I don't know for sure though.

Hi usually herpes sores dont appear on the head of your penis and if  you have hsv1 from child hood, stress like this could cause a breakout. The problem is we really dont know. Best, the next time you have a new sore appear have it swabbed for a culture. If you do have hsv1 oral as 70% of the adult population would test positive for anyway, it would lesson  your chances for acquiring genital herpes.
You might want to have a herpes test now for the hsv1 and again in 3 months for both.
