Horrible twisting sort of pain on stomach

Hi , i have been experienced a horrible stomach pain after doing an unprotected sex with a commercial sex worker , dry lips and throat dry.

back in April 2013 i did an unprotected vaginal sex with a prostitute, i wasn't aware of any circumstances nor i had any knowledge of SDI or STI. the exposure lasted for 30 mints and second with protected which lasted for another around 25 mints. i am from Pakistan i didn't know about STD or HIV but it was the first time sex ever  in my life after i was drunk at that time. i did drank only for 10 times in my life, i don't smoke. i am 26

After a week i started to have this weird stomach pain and dry mouth problem.

i went to a doctor and he asked if i had any puse of blood from penis , i said then he said i am alright then further he asked to do HIV 1 , 2 test for my satisfaction , it was of my second weeks , then i continued with my life, but stomach problem never stopped, i had continuously constipation and diarrhea for 3 months. i did test for my ultra sound twice it came out cleared.

i was investing on internet 2 weeks test is not official accepted so i had to changed my doctor and this doctor said said i am alright.. you don't have puse or blood and you aren't weak so you are alright, he said internet information is garbage.

but i encountered another doctor he said asked to do test on my 4th month as well as on 6 month, i did those test and it came out negative. the performed test is HIV 1-2 (4th Generation Combo Duo) for my 4th and 6th month as well as hepatitis B-C and again i tested for HIV test from another the performed method was CMIA. it was negative

also i want to bring this to your information after 5 weeks of exposure with commercial sex worker. i married to my girlfriend and we are expecting infact its her last 2 weeks now, i am so much worried for my wife and child. i can't even tell my wife about my situation as she would leave me and my married life will be destroyed. i learned a great lesson in my life. after we got married and made loved. my wife got a big bump on her breast which lasted for a while don't know whether for a month and after that same type of big blister on her left hip and left a mark so but  big mark which is still there and lots of rash on her face and she still has rashes on her face on her 8 and half month. but her lady doctor said it is normal in pregnancy. i am not a medical student so i have no idea about anything and i had some rash below my belly area.

Doctor has given me wellbutrin for depression but my problems are still there. still upper left side of stomach hurts something is like twisting there or blood is flowing that i feel, sudden pain everyday same situation no change.
i was reading on internet Syphilis also causes pain of spleen, then i searched for spleen image on google then i found out its the same exact area of organ where i feel pain and i started to have these rashes above on chest, shoulder, hand and below my belly area.

I am aware of the fact we don't have good doctors here in Pakistan

Is my wife wife and child sex for these STDs? i don't know how to confess her this has been killing for months now i am aware of this fact she is gonna leave me as soon as she finds out about to having a sex with CSW before marriage.

If someone has any advice please share your experience and let me know if my HIV 1-2 , Hepatitis B-C are enough to diagnose the other STDs like Syphilis , Chlamydia, Gonorrhea or i have to go for separate tests for those? if yes then what are those tests?

Just to tell you by time my upper left abdominal pain is reduced and also fatigue problem is reduced. however stool problem is never fixed. i am still trying my best to find it out and i can see by the help of others i am close to find it out.

I had the same checkup at Agha Khan and numerous appointments with doctors in karachi. I dont know if you had this but I had the

Executive checkup package B in Agha Khan. The specialist told me the same things as you. Exactly the same in fact I can repeat them word for word.

If you believe it then I am very happy for you and God be with you and help you.

My only question both to the doctor and to everyone else around me is if CMV being so common then why do I feel so DIFFERENT BEFORE the sexual experience and why so different now.

It has been roughly 6 years since the incident and i am unrecognizable from the person before. My hair has become gray, i have lost 20 pounds, HORRIBLE IBS , URINATION, high blood pressure, liver counts are all wierd, bilirubin in LFT is high, Uric acid is high etc.....

However, what you should do is either forget about it and relax after what the doctor said and monitor how you feel over the next few years.....keep me informed about everything.

You are extremely bold as you discussed this with your father as well as facing it head on. DO not worry about what you have done to your wife but PLEASE PLEASE only protected sex with her now meaning wear a condom do not infect her further.

the same tests you have had i did as well. Except the endoscopy.

Di you actually have the endoscopy where they take a pipe up your behind ?

Hi, I had an appointment with one of the finest doctor of agha khan hospital.
He checked me up for 45 mints and upon his investigation he said you don't have any std.. There are no such symptoms and most of all no herpes , no blood or Puse... And all your test reports are cleared ... This is all anxiety and for stomach pain he said it's called IBS .. Conspitation and darihea contiously refers to IBS .. And he gave me some antibiotics for that and sad if problem is not fixed then he would refer me to a finest gastro he knows ..

As far as the CMV goes he said it will be positive he said here in Pakistan most of us in majority are born that way. He even if were to test himself would come out positive and we all pick this up in early or infant age ..

He even said he would be surprised to know if someone goes out with negative ... So summer solstice please I also suggest you to forget it.. Since CMV is with all of us even without any sexual intercourse. He refered picking up from Silvia .... I don't know what it is ...

Let's help each other and as long as there is no std we are saved from it..

For the 45 mints he was kept saying symptoms don't refers to std ..

So I think we will need to believe it and let this go..

I don't know how he got it, but it is not listed as a STD.

Thank you so much for your reply. I am sorry about your health problem i thought you might have found a way to make it better but I am afraid i am not bold enough to face all these circumstances, i have already cried alot of what i have done to myself. i ended up telling my father what i did since he is supportive but he says you are alright.. i am always lost in my thoughts, always thinking. when my wife is talking to me i think about something else and she doubts that i have been hiding something from her.

i am exactly facing your problems like weakness, tiredness all the time, muscle deterioation, excess urination which i can't stop it even for 20 mints, constipation is always there, high blood pressure etc. - same :[

I am sorry for my wife and child which i am gonna no matter how long i live.
I didn't want this for them. its so unfortunate to them, i feel so much sorry to destroying her life too. i wish if they would have taught us in schools regarding these STD and HIV. even parents feel shy teaching us regarding these.

I also tested for VDRL (ICT) , TPHA , Urine D/R , and Endoscopy.. All were negative and no doctor believes it instead of diagnosing the problem they have prescribed me Wellbutrin for depression and called it Phobia.

I used to be so much happy in life but my friends .... hating them..

Also Vance2335 if CMV isn't a STD then how did Summersolstice got this after exposure?

From where did you get those tests done? do you have any recommendation?

Okay here goes.

It is good that you sent me a message other wise I would never have ran into your post.

I had a similar situation as you at roughly the same age . I was 28 actually.

My life became hell afterwards. I suffered from everything you did except over the course off the last 5 years i have had about a 100 blood tests to figure everything out and why I feel the way that I do.

I had your symptoms, plus weakness, hairloss, muscle deterioation, excess urination, constipation, weakness, lack of sleep, high blood pressure etc....in short my life changed forever after my incident.

What made it worse was that no one believed me. Either in Karachi, America or on all the message boards They all said no stds can cause all these symptoms.

I had 7 hiv tests over two year all negative thank God. Hepatitus A, B and C, and most other stds all negative. ( I cant remember all of them but if you want a detailed history read all my earlier posts).

The only positive was y Hep B IGM but the doctor said it was probably because I was inoculated for it.

ANYWAYS even people on these message boards and this one particularly answered me once or twice and then became very short tempered and rude and said you do not have anything so quit imagining.

I know xactly how you feel, depressed, alone, life has changed completely, the carefree spirit disappeared, no one believing you. Life has changed.

I searched far and wide and finally one doctor said get tested for

CMV (Cytomegalovirus)
and EBV(Mono)

Sure enough i tested positive for CMV. I get the same rashes as you and everything else. NOW
listen to ME AND LISTEN GOOD. YOur life will not get better. YOu will feel worse and worse physically but you can try and mitigate the effects of your encounter.

Eat alot of vitamins, exercise plenty, eat well, and the major issues will be constipation and diarheaa alternatively.

Get tested for both CMV AND EBV and let me know what the results are.
Dont listen to the people who say sure one in 5 have CMV or EBV and their IGG will be positive. my answer
to them is before the sexual incident i never felt that way.

DO NOT HAVE UNPROTECTED SEX WITH YOUR WIFE. SADLY YOU MAY HAVE ALREADY INFECTED HER SO BE CAREFULLY IN THE FUTURE AS THE GUILT WILL ALSO KILL YOU MENTALLY.

BE strong hopefully you have a supportive family I do not even have that both my parents are idiots who have been abusive with me and my brother and divorced.

YOu will get through this but physically you will feel worse and not better. Keepp me posted with the results of CMV AND EBV TEST.

Thanks for the quick reply. i have already done HIV 1-2 on 4th generation on 3, 6 and 9 months, they all came out negative but not any other test for STD as it appears there are certain test name in Medical language which i don't know about.

Is it too late to do test for Syphilis, Gonorrhea and Chlamydia for both of us or could they still be performed  is it the good timing? since it has already been 11 months now =[

what do you mean by "white discharge from your urethra" , sorry my english is bit weak. i do have a sore on my lower left lip and some rashes or call it blister on the sides of my genital area. i don't know exactly what part is called but it is on the corner where legs corner starts to connect. have a look at this image i have highlighted that area http://i57.tinypic.com/2qsza77.jpg

Hi, stomach pains are not a symptom of any std. If you had unprotected vaginal sex with a worker then youd be risk for all std,s and testing would be recommended also for your wifes protection.
Post exposure as below:
1. HIV 3months---blood test
2. syphilis 6 weeks----blood test
3. gono and chlamydia and trich 7 days----urine testes or swab
4. herpes 3 months----blood test igg type specific.
If you do not have any white discharge from your urethra thats a good sign for gono and chlamydia. If you dont have any sores in the genital area thats a good sign for herpes and syphilis.
Cant diagnose HIV from symptoms.
