How did I get these symptoms
I had an encounter with escort 32 days ago. She didn't have good skin all over her body. She told me to lay on my stomach and started intensely scratching my head which I thought was strange. I kept staying flaccid because I was feeling sort of guilty throughout the encounter. She put the condom on with her mouth holding the tip as she rolled it down my penis while I was flaccid but I still couldn't get hard until she started to suck it with the condom on. I was a little hesitant to do vaginal sex and she knew I didn't seem overly comfortable about it but she did it anyway. I wasn't completely hard and I didn't notice the condom slipping off in anyway. I didn't finish in the condom so she pulled out and I was only semi hard and the condom seemed to be intact but had a crumpled look. She took the condom off and used lotion to finish me off with a handjob. I am not sure if I cleaned myself off with a clean towel.
I had a severe flu and fever 6 days after the encounter which could've been spread from my sister during New Years. My dad was also sick. I had a sore throat about 8 or 9 days after the encounter. They lasted for about a week at most. I have been having low grade fever even now.
I didn't get any sort of penile symptoms until 3 weeks after the encounter. I started to have a hot and sore feeling around the whole genital region. I feel wet inside my urethra and have slight clear discharge after urination and maybe throughout the day. I have been having constant bowel movements and diarrhea. I developed a painful single very red spot on the area between my belly and pubic hair. It is not where any hair grows so it can't be an ingrown hair or folliculitis. This spot has gone away but my penile problems still linger. I got tests done for HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia. The registered nurse told me I had a very risky encounter even with a condom because she was a prostitute. She told me that latex condoms have a 5% defect rate. I did see the condom being opened from the package but not sure what the condoms condition was. I was given 1g Zithromax, ceftriaxone, and 2g of flagyl to treat possible chlamydia, gonorrhea, ngu, and trich. I am still awaiting results.
1). How could I have developed these symptoms if I had a fully protected encounter? From what it seems, I have ngu, urethritis, or chlamydia symptoms.
2). Is it possible that there was a hole or intentionally-made hole in the condom by her from a pin needle and could be causing my symptoms?
3). If #1 or #2 are true, I am highly afraid that I could have caught HIV from this encounter. What is that likelihood, because I have what seems to be ARS symptoms due to flu, sore throat, and fever. I did have some kind of hives or rash on my pubes that lasted for a day.
4). Why was she so intensely scratching my hair while I was lying face down? Was it to distract me while she secretly stuck me with a HIV or std infected needle or something similar?
5). What is the cause of these bowel movements / gurgling stomach? I never had this feeling before and had constant but painless diarrhea.

So apparently the doctor took a look at my urine today briefly and noticed no signs of bacterias, blood, or proteins in it, but it will be checked in more detail at the lab they sent it to. It seems like even with the discharge, burning, and pain, I had no real problem from the sexual exposure and it was all just genitally focused anxiety. Thank goodness. But i will ease my mind in 3 more weeks from now to get a fairly conclusive HIV and syphilis test.

If the dirty sock made contact with the inside of your urethra, its possible to get an infection but just rubbing the outside would not.
I'm curious about something. Could cleaning my urethra with a dirty sock after masturbation cause any of the symptoms irritations that I'm having?

Please reread my post, You had a condom on so nothing could get inside your urethra. Why arnt your reading this very important part that your penis was covered so no bacteria could get in. If you dont read this part and keep insisting that chlamydia can eat through the condom then there nothing more i can add but wish you the best of luck.
Also, the type of discharge I have is clear and sometimes watery sometimes sticky. It's very slight but only comes out after urination and when I open the penis tip, I see that it is always wet inside all throughout the day. Is this also normal?
So even after the antibiotic treatment, and recurring of symptoms, is it still likely my chlamydia and gonorrhea test was not a false negative, and doesn't sound like ngu or trich to you? It's just so strange. I thought I was getting better. Then one week after the pills and shot, I got the same feeling again.

This discharge after urination means its not coming from your penis but your bladder and its most likely bladder mucus. Ive seen it in the toilet many times after urinating.
For any tingling it would not be coming and going without a herpes sore devolping so you can rule that out
Using a condom would only expose you to herpes and syphilis. Get tested for these to releave you anxiety but even with syphilis there would be a canker sore which you dont have.

I don't know. I am still so worried because my symptoms were getting better or so I thought. Then all of a sudden today, it hit me again. I have a really hot and achy feeling in my testicles and groin area. There is slight discharge after urination. Do you have any idea what kind of problem this might be?

Since your penis was covered with a condom then nothing could get inside to cause any infection And the 5% condom defect rate is from it breaking in use.
I suspect your anxiety is getting the best of you as you mention that she would intentionally put a pin hole in the condom. Why do you think she would do that in the first place?

It has been exactly a week since treatment with negative results for chlamydia and gonorrhea. (Still unsure of ngu or trich or ureaplasma). Today all of a sudden, my testicle and general genital area started to get the same burning painful feeling. This feeling is once again constant and I thought I was in the clear because I thought my symptoms were disappearing. I am in a lot of pain once again. I am back to being scared and worried about why I'm having this problem. Please does anybody have any thoughts or advice for me?

So I got the results back for HIV, syphilis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea. All were negative. HIV and syphilis wouldn't be conclusive yet since it's only been 4.5 weeks, but I guess I don't have chlamydia or gonorrhea. Strange, because I still have symptoms 4-5 days after treatment and I'm thinking it has to be something. I even got treated for trick and NGU. Is this certain that I don't have anything std related?

Anything you had a realistic chance of catching the meds they gave you would take care of. Certainly chlamydia or ngu would be wiped out.
I am highly convinced that I have chlamydia or ngu. My symptoms have become milder. I still have on and off tingling sensations and sore testicles. YET I still have wet feelings in my pants with no stain though and when I look inside urethra and open it, it appears to look slightly glued together with a clearish discharge inside. I am scared though. I had a noticeable discharge after urinating in the shower and coming out of it. It was clear and watery and stuck to the tip of my penis. Pain related symptoms are a lot milder. I hope that's mostly due to the thought of taking medication and not the medication itself. I am worried sick every single moment of everyday since. I really hope all my pain and discharge was only due to guilt and anxiety.
Your brain is kicking into overdrive, you need to relax and leave the anxiety behind you right now. Just wait for the results. Go watch some movies or something.

Just to add, I have not been feeling better after treatment but it has only been one day since. I get my blood results on Friday and urine results on Monday. Is there also a chance of false negative if I urinated in a paper cup with no lid instead of a plastic container which I am used to? I left the paper cup on a counter and not sure how they contained it. My penile symptoms are the same.
