I am scared, chances of having caught an STD by grinding?

I had a one night stand with a girl who I know is very active, and although we had intercourse protected (condom), our foreplay included her giving me oral sex and she grinded me (no penetration) for about 10 secs.  I know chances of HIV or HPV are unlikely, but what about Chlamydia or Gonorrhea ?

I am scared ********, and will get tested on monday, but I haven't been able to sleep.... please advice!

Low risk from oral, no risk of those from grinding.

I had the same casual encounter 14 days ago (protected intercouse, no oral, some grinding), and am waiting for my test results for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia. My doctor ordered the tests but he doesn't think it is really likely at all that I have it. That's a professional's perspective. Get the urine test though. They're supposed to be more accurate.
