I am worry about Syphilis

Hi, I am 29 and male, about two years ago I had sex with stranger girl. 1 month after sex I have just feeling swollen glands under my arms and darker point on my penis, but that was not sore. I can't remember how long after that maybe 2 months after that I had few circular points with white skin border around them. and those are dissappeared after a week. I had no more problems until 4 months ago I had sore throat for more than 1 month. whith that or a few days after sore throat I felt swollen glands under my arms and neck and over my legs and acnes all around my body but dissappeared after 2 weeks.
2 months ago I flet hard dizziness and noise or ringing in my head and I still have them right now. 2 months ago I got full std test included RPR Syphilis blood test and result was "negative-non reactive" for syphilis and other results were negative. my question is about my latent test, is RPR Syphilis blood test accurate after about 2 years?
should I be worry about my symptoms?
what is this annoying dizziness and ringing inside my head?, I visited ENT doctor and he said you have not problem in your ears.
Please help me I am so worry. I feel I'm dying.
excuse me about my bad english.

your worrying is needless. if you can't move past this fear on your own, seek out professional counseling /therapy for it. It isn't healthy to have this worry for 2 years.

you have no reason to doubt your syphilis testing.

none of your symptoms seem std related.  continue to follow up with your doctors as needed.
