I have Red Dots on my penis Shaft and pubic Region please help what is going on with my body. Red above wrists and on legs. My scalp itches but not my penis or pubic area but my penis looks like it's scaling up and I see warts. I posted pics please help I'm freaking out I'm to embarrassed to go to the doctors or plan parent hood what could this all be .
