I have these bumps on the lips, down there.... what are they?

I got these bumps on my lips, down there. They showed up about 3 weeks ago when all my hair started growing back in from my previous waxing. I thought they were ingrown hairs so i waited for them to come to a head. Well they havent. I tryed popping them, they feel just like a pimple. some puss and blood came out but no hair. There deep just in the lip, just like a deep pimple on the face. there are 2 big ones and now all my hair is grown in. it kind of feels like there are a couple small ones popping up towards the top where the lip begins on the left side.  the big one on the left still has puss in it and the skin seems weak. there are like 4 tiny holes that the puss comes out of. They itch and hurt when messed with. Im comepletely freaking out! I have no idea how i could have gotten an std. my husband and i dont sleep around. There are a couple things that i did that could have led to this but i really doubt it. Ive made out with about 7 girls that i dont know and i ate one out, but that still doesnt explain it being down there. shouldnt it be in my mouth? It all comes back to the waxing. please if anybody has any idea what i got tell me.

They are most likely ingrown hairs as you first suspected.  If you have previously had ingrown hair bumps and popped them, your skin would be harder after healing.  The hairs then have not outlet.

Other than that, you should see a doctor.  Herpes are very painful.  You would not want to pop them.  TRUST me on that one.

Hey Clare...My opinion is that "kissing" is a low risk of transmission of STD's. Oral sex is higher in percentage but symptoms does usually occur where the trasmission would have transfered and in your case it would have been in your "mouth". Symptoms usually appear 1-3 weeks after exposure. But it would be a good idea to get tested because depending when the last incident was, it usually takes 48 hrs to test for chlamydia and gonohrreha, 3-4 weeks for syphyilis, and 6-8 wks for hiv to be reliable but 3 months to be certain. Herpes I beleive, if your worried about that you can go in and they can "culture" the "pimples" that your talking about or a "blood test". That would be the best way to determine if it is an STD. I hope this helps.
