I need help cant sleep

OK here it goes... exactly a month ago i had protected sex with a girl i had only known for a couple of weeks.. we kissed and had protected sex for about 2 minutes then i stopped because i was drunk and i wanted to make sure i wouldnt do nothing stupid. Alright after that day (which by the way was 8/31/07) i started developing a cough that doesnt go away. i went to the doctors and he said it sounds like a pnuemonia. i also felt like a lower back discomfort, i cant really say its a pain because it doesnt hurt. its just not comfortable sometimes... ive also developed dry skin with like a rash that comes and goes in different parts of my body.. with little bumps that look like in grown hair on my legs around the knees. sometimes i also feel pinching feelings when ever i think about the girl, i confuse those feelings with herpes. im really scared for me and my girlfriend. we've been in a relationship for 3 years now and i dont want to give her anything. Someone please help me.. o and i havent developed no bumps on my penis  it just feels dry .... im also worried about my mouth area too , i constantly check my mouth and my genitals like 50 times a day . i need some help.

I think you are freaking out because YOU CHEATED ON YOUR GIRLFRIEND AND IT'S MAKING YOU FEEL LIKE **** AND YES I AM YELLING AT  YOU FOR CHEATING. CHEATING IS BAD BAD BAD. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!! I don't think you have anything to worry about health wise. I just think you are freaking out cuz you CHEATED. This should be a wake up call for you to be a good boy to your girl.

is it possible i could have gotten hsv 1 or 2.. or even hiv... i got tested for syphilis ghonorria and chlamydia and they all came back negative..
i asked the doctors if it included any herpes test and they said no because i didnt show no credible evidence... But im still worried cause of this persistent cough and dry skin/rash.
