I think I have STD..Please help!! I'm freaking out

I had oral with a prostitute on the beginning of July. I know I made a bad decision and I regret it. After two days, I had sore throat. I went to my primary care doctor and he just tested for step throat and it came negative.After a week later, I started to have pain from the tip of my penis. Also, I notice I have black bump in the tip of penis. This "bump" is more oval shaped and its by the opening of penis. As of yet, I have no discharge. I'm having "needle like pain" from the tip of penis. Today, my sore throat is there and my black bump is still there and maybe getting bigger.
Do I have STD? I looked up all my symptoms and it looks like oral gonorrhea and genital warts. I am a very shy guy and this is very uncomfortable subject for me. I am getting tested soon, but I have no peace of mind so I turned to the internet.

Can I get some opinion on my case? Any place I can show my "bump" and get a diagnosis? Please help me!
