ITCHY, SWOLLEN AND WHITE SPOTS BENEATH FORESKIN

Please advice... 2 days ago i had an itchy sensation at the tip of my uncirmcised penis. i had pulled the skin back and found to my shock that i had new white sticky spots like all over the head under my foreskin. i used to clean them with running water and used to wipe of those white sticky spots. some used to get cleaned up but others remained. the itchy sensation persisited and now i have that discomfort of itchy sensation but the tip skin has become so hard that i cannot even pull back the foreskin. even if i do so it comes back so little that too with great difficulty.
Please advice as iam just recently married 3 months back and have sex only with my wife, we had sexual intercourse many times but we had sex 3 days ago before this disorder had started.
iam confused, please advice this newly wedded couples as we are so tensed.

Hi I've started getting white sticky things right underneath my foreskin it's occasionally itchy it did burn at the start when urinating but I bought some canestan that cured that, the White bits wash of or wipe off? My girlfriend has just given birth too 15 days ago and the soreness seemed to coming after having sex with her in the last couple of months in her pregnancy im really worried what it is can anyone help please?

i think its urethritis, not  ayeast infection, or a fungal infection. Some people will tel u its not or blah u have watever, but my uncle is a doctor and i talk to him about stds and problems like that all the time, since ur able to wash them off those white things could be secretions. If its swollen its urethritis thats non specific, u can catch nsu from not washing ur hands and going down there and yes my uncle says that hes had cases of men who got it by not washing their penises, u have to pullback ur forskin and wash. hmmmmm u probably got a yeast infection from her, or  a UTI. The penis is very sensible to infections cuz its always wet down there, well humid and since ur uncircumcised its more prone to infections. Its not something out of this world, just go to ur doc and have him check it out, he's prolly gona give u cipro 500mg every 12hrs for 10 days. Im sorry to ask but did u get oral sex from wife? normal bacteria in the mouth can cause urethritis or discharge, it can be a none specific urethritis, since at tip.Well its nothing lifethreatning ill tell u that right now, and its definetly curable, ur wife and u shouldnt have to worry about ne thing, have it checked out by a doc :)
