Inconsistent Symptoms

5 weeks ago, I had a massage which as it was getting close to the end, she began performing oral sex on me.  I stopped her after probably 5, but certainly no more than 10 seconds. I was lying on towel that was already there for who knows how long. I had a full barrage of tests after 11 days and all came back negative.  No HSV test.  Since then, the following has taken place:
- penis sensitivity (mostly the tip) after about 1 1/2 - 2 weeks but only for 1 weeks or so. Penis has always looked fine.
- minute amount of thicker light green / white liquid that had to be "milked" to the tip on 3 occasions during week 2 only.
- no symptoms weeks 3 and 4.
- end of week 4 and week 5 felt ache on left side of penis near bottom where attaches to testicle, but only a few times / day and only for several seconds each time.
- end of week 4 and week 5 have developed an itch on pubic region - crease of groin and top of pubic hair region below stomach (feels like hair is almost being pulled or just growing in). NO red marks, bumps, or anything visible.

I have been taking doxycycline 2x daily for possible ngu (doctor saw no symptoms) for 3 days so far as well as applying canesten to groin region for same 3 days.  There has been minimal if any improvement,

Doctor says that "i'm probably fine" and being hypersensitive to feelings in genital region.  Problem is that the feelings are really there although I'm sure that the anxiety / stress of past 5 weeks is not helping discomfort in penis testes.

I did have epiditimitis 10 years ago.

I'm curious about the following: ngu, epiditimitis, prostatitis, candida etc.

Well discharge can be from many things and if you have to "milk" it for it to come out then it would not be STD related.

I'd be inclined to agree with you with the exception of the things like the discharge (for the first time in my life) - maybe ngu to be cured by doxycycline and the itch that I have (could be from the towel I layed on - jock itch perhaps).

I'll finish my doxy and canesten and see what happens.  Luckily I'm going to be seeing a urologist for a vasectomy soon so I'll have him give me the once over if things don't improve.

Not sure what exactly are you looking for but I have to agree with your Dr and your anxiety is getting the best of you.
