Increased white blood cells
Ok, i just want to know whether a STD causes an increase in white blood cell count. I know that an infection present in the body causes an increase. So does this also apply to STDs or AIDS? My blood cell levels are normal;Thank God, so I just want to make sure that this means I can't have an STD or any other life threating issues related to the blood and/or organs.

Yes if you had an active infection, sexually transmitted or otherwise, it will cause an increase in white blood cells.
