Incubation Time of STD

Hello,

Can I be tested for STD like NGU, Chlamydia just three days after a possible infection or Do I have to wait for the incubation time?

No, 5 days should be ok.

It is actually 5 days today. But I have to wait more for chlamydia , is it?

You could test, but it might not be accurate.  Your best bet is to wait until a week has passed.
