Hey Thanks for the insightful replay man.
So in essence what the doctor said about bacterial STDs is flat out true. This is something I was not really aware of. I'm glad to know. Human Body is quite interesting.
I hope they find a cure to HIV soon. Although it looks implausible, recent studies have shown that scientists are getting closer to discovering the roots of this virus. Check this out

Hi
You asked, "Is it true that these bacterial infections if left untreated, it can disappear and exit the system without any antibiotics or treatments?"
This is true (I learned this from Dr. HHH himself, you shouldn't question him or confirm an answer here, because most of what I learned I learned from him). So yes, the answer is It CAN happen. HOWEVER if you are infected with: chlamydia, gonorrhea, or syphilis the chances are against you that it probably won't clear on its own. If you read carefully what Dr. HHH is saying is that if you test positive for them, its best to get treatment; "you don't want to rely on the infection going away on its own".
Your comment: if "...any person on this forum know what they are talking about can you elaborate on this?"
Its called the immune system. You body fights off infections all the time. Lets say for example you are exposed to chlamydia, by having unprotected sex with an infected partner You body will start to fight off the infection by killing it, these wonderful cells that do this are called macrophages, and basophils, and ensinophils (for allergens), and other WBCs. Other key players are B Cells, and T killer cells. This is true for the flu, cold virus, stomach virus, harmful bacterias which include the bacterial STDs.
Finally, there is no cure to eradicate herpes (both types), and HIV completely from the body.
If you ever wonder what HIV does, it Kills the B cells in your body. In a way HIV kills off your immune system. Herpes just stays in your system increasing your likelyhood of getting lesions in turn increasing your likelyhood of catching HIV from sexuall exposures.
