Is BV related to Mycoplasma and Ureaplasma?

So a couple of weeks ago I went to my OBGYN to be tested and I was told that I had BV So I was treated for that while waiting for my lab results. now that they are back I was told that I tested positive for Mycoplasma and Ureaplasma I was wondering if its associated with BV. I got an appointment with my OBGYN on Monday which is 7 days from now and I'm guessing if it was Serious I would've had an appointment munch sooner. So is Ureaplasma and Mycoplasma and STD

they are different from bv.

no, these infections aren't 'serious'. we don't even treat them if you aren't having symptoms.
