Is it herpes, genital warts or other cause?

I had a protected vaginal sex 3 months ago with a sex worker(never knew till she asked for cash). One problem with it is that she gave me unprotected oral sex. There was nothing wrong with me for a month or more. But after sometime i noticed that something's wrong with me. My inner thighs were itchy at first, i thought it was normal. But then after a week of scratching i noticed that the skin on my legs was irritated and that it was raised and red. I was so scared that time that since then i restrained myself from scratching it. That incident brought the idea in my mind that i have std, probably herpes. The next day the itch gradually stops but i started to experience this pain in my legs(upper thighs), not a skin pain but pain that comes from the inside like muscles or something from the back shooting. I can say that the pain is not mild because it gave me discomfort in sitting down and standing up. Even when sleeping, it feels like i ran for 21 km. with that leg pain. During that time i also have some mild itch on the tip of my penis(urethra) but it isn't painful, no burning sensation of some sort, just mild itch that when i touch it i can't even sense it. After about a week the leg pain subsided but i noticed one bumps growing in my penis shaft, that's when i suspected it was herpes but it remained like that (somehow growing) till now. 2nd month after sex encounter i got tested for hiv, syphilis, gnonnorhea and hepa b and all came back negative. When they checked the bump the doctor noticed that the there are other bumps at the back rim of my penis, clustered flesh colored but pointed with a white puss tip. All of the bumps did not turn to blisters and did not scab till now. They just remained the same, not sure if growing. The doctor visually diagnosed it as hpv.

The thing that I'm concerned now is that after visiting the doctor, i noticed that there are so many under the skin bumps on my penis shaft. You can't see it easily only when the skin is stretched. But it's very visible when my penis is erect. The bumps are movable and under the skin. And it makes my skin in the shaft like chicken skin/like having goosebumps. My question now, is this bumps herpes, or warts? I'm really freaking out right now, that i'm having a hard time dealing with it mentally. I really need your help. I've had this for 1 and half month now since they appeared. Thank you so much for your help!

Thank you so much for the reply. 1.) If it's not herpes nor warts, is it forydce spots?

The appearance of the bumps are under the skin and they are not clustered but many. The bumps are also flesh colored and movable with the skin. My penis looks like it has goosebumps in it with wrinkling of the skin (all these appear when the skin is stretched or erect)

Another thing also, the itch in my thigh that i mentioned before. When the itch stopped, the raised skin went back to normal but the color of the area of itch was more lighter than the surrounding skin. And when i rub it's like a new skin and some dead skin were falling off. I assumed it was jock itch because i slept for 1 week sweating like hell because of heat and no ventillation. But last week i experienced this prickly itch again on my thighs. Then after few hours(without scratching it) 3 red bumps appeared. It's not like pimple or blister but just a small round-shape wrinkled skin raised and when i touch it, it's itchy and have this prickly feeling. These bumps are located on my thighs, 2 on the left thigh(far from each other) and one on the right thigh.

2.) I want to ask if it's possible that it might be herpes because that itch on my thighs came back after a month, but this itch that happened recently only lasted for a day. It's day 2 now and the 3 bumps were still there but returning back to normal color again.

Thank you so much for your help

Hi, herpes are open blister type sores that open and are painful so you can rule the goose bumps out as herpes and warts are hard. I think what your seeing are natual to you body but your anxiety is making you think all kinds of negative things.
