Is there any STD that causes ear infection?
I am 26 year old bisexual male, had unprotected oral sex with an unknown male last week. I had slight cold during that time and still have it.
Yesterday, I started feeling little pain in my left ear, when I swallow. I am fully sure that it is not the throat, but ear that hurts. I do not have anything else, no fever, no headaches, nothing.

Can this be due to any STD? Or is it due to this cold that some bacteria/virus entered my ear?

I am really scared of Herpes and HIV. Appreciate your help.

Thank you.

you had a cold which is probably the source of your ear inefction.

you had protected oral which isn't a risk for std's.
