Is this herpes or a yeast infection?

I am a 19-year-old circumicsed gay male. My last sexual contact was almost two months ago with some dude I met on Tinder. We barely did anything, just very brief oral and frotting. On Oct. 23 (Sunday) I noticed a red area on the excess foreskin. It wasn't itchy, but it did have a pinching pain. I immediately googled symptoms. There is no discharge, it does not smell, there are no blisters, my testicles are not swollen and tender, I also did not feel swollen lymph nodes. Over the course of three days, I started self-medicating since I did not want to tell my mom because I do not want to disclose my sexual history. I was using sulfur soap, Fungisol and Fucidin. On the third day, I applied crushed garlic. Then the next day, I applied mometasone ointment which made it dry up and peel. However, a good portion of the rash is still there. I still have not noticed any blisters. I'm treating it now with apple cider vinegar and the rash (along with other portions of my testicles which come into contact with ACV) turns white. Is this herpes or is this yeast infection?

hi only testing would confirm but it for sure appears yeast and got irritated from scratching. With all the harsh things your putting on it, its a wonder its not competely inflamed esp with oitment. You might want to talk to your pharmissit about some "cream" that would help if you cant see a doctor.
