Itching inside the tip of penis

Hello, I am having a strange problem in my penis. I had sex with my partner without protection and after some weeks , i started feeling itching inside the tip of my penis. The itching is sometimes too much that i have to squeeze my penis . Then after i noticed very small amount of white discharge like pimple pus Then i went to hospital for check up. Doctors  urged me to go for some tests like VDRL, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV , Urine culture and Urine routine Test and Gram Stain Test. All the tests are negative but some bacteria were seen in Gram Stain. Then Doctors concluded saying some minor infection inside the tip of the penis so was prescribed some drugs. I took it for 1 week and i was called for followup check .  The drug actually worked but i remained so busy that i could not go for followup check up . After some week , i have again developed same prolbem. ? I am so worried .What could be the reasons behind of this problem?

Can't say what those are from as it could be a side effect, could be not related.

I have been tested and now in medication. I tested positive for STDs when i did RPR test in 1:8 tetre reactive. The same day i was given injection on my buttock and i felt relief. From the second day afternoon, i developed fever and  too much pain around my injected area. Third day, i developed a sore at the back side corner of my tongue and now being very hard to move my tongue within my mouth. Fever has now been down but still i have mild fever. What could be the reason behind of all these things happening? Are these all  reactions of drugs, or signs which says medicine started working slowing or side effects of drugs that goes away after some days ? Waiting for your reply

I would also gues that you might have chlamydia. Partner needs to be seen and tested.

Thanks for your suggestion. Actually I  went again after 1 month for RPR test and HIV test. Now this time, RPR was found reactive in 1:8 tetre and HIV non reactive. So medical professionals  urged me to go for penicillin  injection on my buttock.  Today i got injections and again called for followup check up after 3 month

And testing for hiv 4th gen - 4 weeks, 3rd gen 6-8 weeks, rpr-tpha 4-6 weeks,
Hepa b ag test 4 weeks, ab test 3 months. Make sure you tested at the correct time.

Please see the doctor who made the diagnosis. No one here will know that.
