Late concerns of infection

Married, heterosexual  circumcised male  of 50 years of age. Race = brown-skinned.

2008:
- Had a disastrous fallout with wife. Went on sex spree vengefully & visited 4 sex-workers in West Coast each about 2 days apart. (One was Chinese, one was Hispanic and others White).
All protected vaginal sex and one protected anal sex. No condom break/fail.

- Got in a sexual relation with a Russian woman, protected vaginal, protected anal. Some unprotected cunnilingus (not too deep). Some unprotected fellatio (mostly light dry tongue teasing & no ejaculation). Some protected fellatio.

2008 (end of) - 2011
Back with wife. Unprotected sex, both loyal to each other.

2011 - Again fallout with wife, visited the same Russian woman, protected vaginal and anal sex, light teasing cunnilingus and drier light fellatio and protected fellatio with ejaculation. No condom.

2011 (mid of) - Back with wife. Both monogamous. Wife agreed to provide more sex, love etc and I want to live rest of my life in peace with no more fooling around outside of marriage.

Questions:
Now at 51 getting worried if I have by any chance contracted any HIV and should get tested. I have no symptoms, wife is relatively health with NO symptoms.
Just that I have on and off diarrhea; gastroenterologist found H. Pylori (and abrasion thru it) via upper GI endoscopy six months back. Put me on antibiotics & got fine, but again diarrhea or I'd say 2-3 bowel movements/day come back (especially after meal). Would this be a sign of HIV symptoms showing up now? Otherwise healthy with controlled diabetes & high blood pressure. Get flu once/twice a year but clears up with Alka Seltzer Plus. Everything else seems normal.

I just don't wanna give and get any more headaches from my above escapades because I have avowed to be loyal and my wife has done the same and promised more intimacy and sexuality for rest of the life.
This nagging HIV concern is killing me. What are my chances of getting HIV from above history ?

Thanks

To all with anxiety & scared n worried;

Lat night I got another scare as I suddenly remembered that back in 2008 I had used lambskin condoms once or twice with the Russian lady who I knew had multiple sex partners.  I may even have used those condoms for anal sex with her.

Upon research I found that lambskin condoms may NOT protect against HIV as the miniature pores in the condom are big enough for HIV virus to get thru.
The lambskin condom pack also says not that they are not to be used for protection against STD/HIV.

This gave me a real bad scare last night so I went out and got Oraquick HIV test kit from Walgreens and guess what, I am negative! Thank God.

The reason I am sharing this is because there's not enough research about how effective or ineffective lambskin condoms are. And especially since it says on the pack itself HIV/STD could be transmitted thru them.
AND NOBODY  IN GENERAL WARNS PEOPLE TO NOT USE LAMBSKIN CONDOMS FOR HIV/STSD PROTECTION.

So folks, beware. I wish I had known before in 2008.

Thanks again, Life360 !

I am certain I didn't do any of those things you say.

You put me at ease.

Have a good day or night, wherever you are. :-)

Only testing confirms HIV at the 3 month mark. Its not diagnosed by symptoms but by testing botton line. HIV is contracted from unprotected insertive vaginal/anal sex, sharing iv drug needles and mother to child. You did none so you had no risk. You can post in the HIV forum and they will tell you the same.

Doctors / Experts;

What is the chance of having HIV since 2008 (since last 5.5 years) and not have any symptoms or health degradation till now ?

Correction:

2011 - Again fallout with wife, visited the same Russian woman, protected vaginal and anal sex, light teasing cunnilingus and drier light fellatio and protected fellatio with ejaculation. No condom. (I meant NO condom FAIL)

Thanks for reply.
Thankfully the condoms never broke but what if the condoms I had used had tiny holes in there? Would there not be mutual exchange of fluids then?

Hi, you did not have any risk for HIV from this.  Most std,s from what you describe would be herpes, syphilis and HPV
