Little white bumps

Hi, so my boyfriend contacts me asking if I've ever had genital warts. I answer no, and ask why. He says because he has discovered little white bumps on his stomach right below his belly button.  They are not pimples and appear to be under the skin and hard.  Also, recently we had unprotected sex and after wards my boyfriends penis became red and right under the head it looked a bit swollen. He said it hurt as if his penis got a rug burn. I'm very scared and will take any feed back possible.

at this point you both should just get tested, him more so then you since he is presenting symptoms... you can test but depending on when your first encounter with him some of the results may not be accurate. see below for a time line

The little white bumps under his belly button doesn't sound like any std and he should see a dermatologist for a diagnosis.

Chlamydia, gono, trick- 7 days post exposure
hsv- 3 months
syphilis- 6-8 weeks
hiv- 3months
