Looking for help

So I'm looking for some answers, im a 24 year old male. A few months back I had unprotected oral and vaginal sex with a women multiple times throught a few week period.  I gave and recieved oral sex. I later found out that a male friend had protected vaginal sex, and she performed unprotected oral sex 1 time with that same woman.  I found out that he had clamydia but not expected from her. after a night of receiving oral sex, I started to notice pressure in my testicles, and a faint pain in my abdomen. at that point I started freaking out and looking online, which only made things worse and had me looking for other symptoms. So at this point I noticed a faint tingle in my anus and penis, getting tired, frequent urination, neck/body pain ect. Which very well be my mind playing tricks on me. this is going on for a couple months now, and the symptoms come and go. the only thing that is for sure is the yesticle pain. After awhile I stopped thinking about it for awhile things were better. until today when I woke up with pain in my throat and a fever, and when I touch the mucus have an apparent oder. and my tonsils look infected. at this point I convince myself that it is an STD, I've noticed too many symptoms for it to be a coincidence. I'm going to get tested asap but would like to rule out anything serious and maybe pinpoint a possible explanation so im not suprised. Do I havr chlyamdia? Herpes? HIV? Gonerhea? Or just a couple common illneses and a case of hypochondria. Any help is much appreciated.

Why didn't you get tested after receiving all that information?

Had a rough time time even piecing together "I later found out that a male friend had protected vaginal sex, and she performed unprotected oral sex 1 time with that same woman." You make sound like a male and female friend had sexual contact with her.

Well you did have a risk, but I don't think based on symptoms you have a STD.

Go to the doctor and get tested that is the best you can do given the history of your sexual partners, if it is chlyamdia you can get cured! Best of luck!
