Many tiny bumps on lips, worried STDs

I have many tiny bumps just above my upper lip and several just under my lower lip, and around five white bumps on my upper lip.

At first I thought they are blisters/cold sore due to hsv/herpes, as 2 weeks ago I have french kissed a friend. As I didn't have cold sore before, I thought I may develop a nasty typical herpes outbreak in my lips, or as some suggests, mild symptoms can develop too.

My concern is that even if it is mild symptoms, the bumps should develop rapidly to blisters and then burst to become ulcers/lesions within 3-4 days as mentioned in various sources. But the tiny bumps are already there for like at least a week (I'm not too sure if they have increased in size), and they may already exist before I closely examined my lips (maybe).

Recently a red bump slightly raised developed too just above my upper lip, but turned light red on the next day, and doesn't seem it's going to turn into blister.

I'm really worried about oral herpes, and is wondering if all the above mentioned suggests that it is, or that they are some kind of STDs/diseases?

I have very similar symtoms. Do get tingling and burning around and on my lip, but the tiny bumps can only be seen if I get very close to the mirror.

Forgot to mention, those tiny bumps can only be seen when I'm really really close to a mirror.
