Meatus Swelling for 7 weeks - any advise appreciated

Good Afternoon,

8 weeks ago I had sexual intercourse (with a condom) and received a hand job (without a condom), I must say that I was rather uncomfortable during the entire interaction and one can say that a large amount of unwanted force/pain was felt throughout the period of 20-30 minutes. Lube and Spermicide were also used, which I have never used in the past, and I felt burning and pain during and immediately after.

The following few days this 'burning' and discomfort continued and eventually subsided after 5 days. It was at this time that I noticed my meatus had slight swelling around it, in the shape of lips with one side slightly more aggravated than the other, other than the physical appearance however, I felt no pain or discomfort. At the same time that this discomfort subsided, I started to feel mild testicular discomfort (like being blue balled 24/7), this discomfort also lasted for around 5 days before subsiding. So that makes 2 weeks of some level of discomfort starting during the sexual intercourse and continuing through this period of time.

I would like to add that during the initial few days of this burning sensation I was freaking out and did vigorously wash with body wash, even draining some down the urethra.

It has now been 8 weeks since the encounter and the redness of my meatus hasn't changed much at all, there's times when it looks almost normal and times where it's very red (especially after masturbation), if I look closely inside of the opening I can see swelling on one side and a slight discoloration. I've been tested for all common STD's, twice for Clam/Ghon, I don't believe an STD is causing this issue especially given the fact that my discomfort was immediate. At this point I would say I am 90% fine aside from the aesthetic appearance, but a handful of times in any given day I do feel a slight stinging feeling, i.e. if I really need to use the bathroom, or I just went and didn't clean properly. I also feel discomfort in my testicles a few times in any given day but this quickly subsides, I've noticed that alcohol and spicy foods do make the symptoms much worse leading me to believe it could be yeast related, I have been applying anti-fungal cream for 9 days now with no change, and have also started supplementing with: Vitamin E, Lycine, Probiotics (this have all been for 7 days), and just started to add garlic pills and apple cider vinegar to this supplementation 1 day prior, again with no change during this 9 day period.

Any help or insight is greatly appreciated. If this does sound like an STD, even though I have been tested, please feel free to offer suggestions for anything I should get re-tested for. How long does it typically take for yeast infections to clear up if following a strict diet and hygiene?

I've also noticed that when I'm exercising the discomfort is hardly ever noticeable at all (I exercise 2 hours a day, mostly heavy lifting)

Many thanks in advance, this issue seems to always be on my mind and I've been refraining from sexual activity in fear that it may just be some sort of STD.

On a side note - It is starting to get cold and I've developed a very mild sore throat (more like dryness), I don't think this is related but obviously can't help but freak out about it, I did have an HIV RNA test done 11 days after exposure (97% accuracy in this window) and that came back negative, so I should really stop combining these symptoms together and thinking they are from the same cause... yes?
