Molluscum

Can you have Molluscum without HIV? I had protected sex with sex worker and developed what I feel was it on my right forearm just below my elbow. It went away in about a week or two and havn't had it since. I've read it has no direct connection with HIV but also it can be related. I had negative HIV test 6 months out but can't let that go. This molluscum has brought the scare right back. Could it have been passed to me through a massage or table shower? I read it is skin to skin contact. Once you have it, do you have it for life?

You can have MC without HIV. Any further questions about HIV post in that forum. But I am sure you have been told that your test is conclusive. You need to seek a therapist for your anxiety issues with HIV.
