Mouth to mouth STDs

Hi. I had deep kissing with tongue with a stripper 3 days ago.

I wouldn't normally get worried, but she had an extremely unusual, unnatural taste in her mouth, like a mix of something rotten and some kind of medical disinfectant.

I'm wondering whether a taste like that might be a symptom of anything?

I'd also like to know what tests should I ask my doctor for and at what point? I know syphilis would be visible in 3 weeks if I caught it, so does this make testing for it unnecessary?

I have a wife (she allows strippers) whom I love very much, and for now I assume I have to avoid kissing with her. How long will I have to wait in order not to endanger her with anything I might've been exposed to myself?

the risk of any std from kissing is so low that we don't consider it a real risk. It's like the hypothetical risk that a plane could fall out of the sky and kill you at any time. Sure it could happen but the odds of it happening are so low that it shouldn't be on your list of things to worry about.   Hsv1 and cold/flu germs are easily transmitted through kissing, not std's.

How's that? Syphilis can be transmitted that way for example.
