NAAT Urine Test for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia

I had protected sex on Friday night, but noticed some slight pain in my penis on Sunday afternoon. I decided to get a NAAT urine test for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia just to be safe. I gave the urine sample on Wednesday afternoon. Is that enough time for the possible disease to have set in so a test will yield an accurate result (4 1/2 days)? I couldn't find this information anywhere.

The answer to your question is yes.  Four and a half days is long enough.  I'd look it up for you but im laying down and too lazy.   Dr's on the expert forum have said that 3 days is good time to test for the test to detect them.
