Need Reassurance for low risk

Please offer some gentle reassurance; I don't want to be told I am an idiot or irrational. 5 weeks ago, mutual masturbation with another guy lasting maybe 30-45 seconds;  penis may have brushed against each other for a few seconds, can't remember anymore. Mostly I just maturbated myself, and he would touch it a few times. He said he didn't have std's when I asked.

I don't have normal symptoms; there is no burning when urinate, no discharge, no sores or lesions.

Sometimes penis feels tight, feel warm sensation sometimes;

Dr. forum told me not to worry. Just anxious probably. After 5 weeks, I feel like I can rule out herpes and syphilys since there are no sores. They would have started already. No symptoms of chlamydia or gonorhea.

Please just reassure me this was not a risk and this is just anxiety. It's been 5 long weeks and I am exhausted from the stress and worry. Just want my life back again.

thanks in advance.

Thanks.....it's amazing what the mind is capable of when combined with guilt. Every time I convince myself I am alright, I start over thinking again, like a vicious cycle.

Don't want to give anything to my wife. Been waiting 5 weeks.

Seek a therapist to help with your anxiety. You had no risk.
