New questions...same symptoms

I posted recently regarding possible STD infection from unprotected oral.  I wanted to post this to see what other opinions or advice I could get.  I apologize up front for beating a dead horse, but something is up and I can't find any information as to what.  There are too many people out there with the same symptoms, but every thread leads to no final answer.
To briefly bring everyone up to speed...
I received unprotected oral from an escort.  About a week later I started feeling swollen glands under my jaw and ears and started feeling associated symptoms.  I also developed jock itch and balantitis, but this may have been from the 2000mg/day dose of Amoxy the first doc put me on.  Since then I have seen five doctors (including and ENT), one health clinic for STD testing(negative), been on four doses of antibiotics (amoxy, zmax, doxycycline, and now cipro), been treated for Candida with diflucan and creams for jock itch and balantitis(all this went away), steriod packs twice, blood tested for CBC's and other normal blood work(normal and/or negative), tested for Mono (negative), and a CT scan of my sinuses which did show I had a bad sinus infection.
It has been almost two months since my encounter.  My latest treatment is the Cipro that I have two days left on.  The ENT said I had a nasty sinus infection based on the CT scans.  However, I still have swollen glands, no apparent relief from any of the antibiotics, and now I have testicle pain that radiates to/from my lower abdomen.  I suspect groin glands may be involved, but I'm not sure and cant feel any.  I only know I have discomfort along my waistline between my hip bones and associated or referred pain in left testicle with swollen tubes going to it that are very sensitive.  I have heard and read that it is stress or "it's all in your head".  ********!  There is no way I am having these many issues just because my brain tells my testicles to hurt or my glands to swell.
The other weird thing is, I had a few good days of no glands and overall feeling well, like I was finally getting better. Then I masturbated and BAM...everything came back!  It's like I stirred something up again.  This has happened twice with both times bringing back the swollen glands.  The testicle pain is worse after ejaculating as well.  I'm currently giving it a week or more before I try to see if it happens again.
My bowel movements are not normal either.  No diarhea or constipation, but not my normal regularity.  I am taking probiotics to restore my flora and eating yogurt everyday just in case I am fighting Candida in my intestines.
I am leaning toward the idea that maybe all the antibiotics have screwed me up, or I had something that they never fought to begin with, like maybe a viral episode.  Either way, I am tired of this and need to know if anybody on here has any insight.  I have read numerous posts and I find it odd that the common answer is "you don't have any STD".  Maybe so, but with so many symptoms that keep recurring then what the hell is it??!!

Yes, I knew what you meant and I didn't mean to put you in defense.  It's just so aggravating hearing everyone say it's all in your head.  I will keep searching until I find out what it is, but it IS something.  I would like to get checked one more time for STD's and even HIV, but that is only to put my mind to rest.  I'm not really concernced about std's at this point.
As far as the Candida and the jock itch/balantitis, this was all a result of the enormous amounts of antibiotics they had me take.  Remember, initially I went to the doc with swollen glands and the first thing he did was treat me for sinus infection, hence the antibiotics.  I never was put on anti's for std's by any doctor I saw.  However, they basically destroyed my good bacteria and let the yeast grow out of control, or at least I think.  All of this is related to bad hygiene as well, I know.  Not the case here.  The "Candida in my intestine" is just me trying to figure out what the discomfort is I am having in my lower abdomen, which refers pain to my testicles, and is brought on in force by sexual activity (orgasm).  Unless I have a bad case of Chlamydia that 2000mg/day Amoxy for ten days, a 2gr dose of zmax, ten days of doxycycline, and now ten more days of Cipro can't cure?!  All of this in 7 weeks now...something is going on.  May not be STD, but there are a lot of people that would like to know what it is.

Thanks.

Hello again,

I am sorry to hear you are going through this.    The reason why I gave you that link was
because you tested UNNECESSARY, and began to take antibiotics for a low risk exposure, also believing you have  "Candida in my intestines" would lead anyone to believe your mental heath is not well ---it appeared to me, that you thought oral sex causes that.  It doesn't.

TO: everyone,
The purpose of my journal post was to make the point that alot of things in life are normal feelings and we tend to enlightened them up due to guilt/anxiety; this is especially true of STDs and related sexual exposures.   My journal post does NOT say anxiety causes symptoms (of course the well documented exception that i mention is herpes outbreaks).  My journal posts says anxiety heightens awareness of self so much that people tend to believe things are wrong with them, when they are really not.

skaired,
I re-read your exposure and your related symptoms.  I would bet you a nickel your symptoms are coincidental with your oral sex encounter.   Bottom line: Your respiratory infection was NOT acquired from your encounter.  Period.

People don't get jock itch or balanitis from receiving oral sex, both of those are usually acquired by poor genital hygiene.
The closing sentence of your initial post lead me to believe you know you don't have an STD.  That's very good.  =)

JessyJames2010,

I hear what you are saying.  But as I said, too many people jump to the "stress related" diagnosis.  I know my body.  I know my mind.  Something is not right and no doctor so far can tell me what it is.  It is not guilt or stress.  Concern and fear maybe, but it's not "just in my head" and I get tired of hearing that.
Maybe I am posting in the wrong section, but I didn't know where else to post.  Especially since all the symptoms come back after I ejaculate.  I am only opening this post back up to see if anybody else has the same symptoms and may possibly have answers.  If I have posted in the wrong group then I ask a moderator to move this thread to the proper place if they can ascertain where it should be listed if not here.   I appreciate your positive comments that everything is going to get better, but we have to find out what is wrong first.

I'm not a big believer of the mental aspect and anxiety causing symptoms.  Some people do obsess over little things, but I think for the most part there are a lot of us out there who are suffering from NGU symptoms such as penis pains, burning, etc.  For some reason or another you have other symptoms of you respiratory tract.  Is it STD related?  Maybe, maybe not.  It's difficult to say conclusively.  I do know that there are bacteria that are not detected during testing, either because we do not know about them or we do not have specific testing readily available at this time.  For instance, NGU typically does not have a causative organism associated with it.  So could there be some kind of bacteria you picked up from your encounter that is causing this?  Maybe.  Could it be caused by something else?  Maybe.  Could this be in your head.....probably not.  You have a bad sinus infection so something is going on.  Has it cleared up yet?

You're correct, there are so many of us out there who are written off by the medical community becasue we cannot be diagnosed with anything and many of the posts you refer to end with no answer because we cannot find any.  Many men are still struggling to find out what is wrong with them.  A good example is chronic pelvic pain syndrome.  REad about it on Wkipedia and you will find a lot of information on the topic but you won't find anything that definitively causes this syndrome nor will you find any specific cure for it. I nother words, they don't know what causes it, they just know it exists, and some people respond to certain treatements while others do not.

I wish I could be more help to you, but you doctors have no clue what is going on with you and there is no way in heck I could take a stab at what might be wrong with you.  Some times the best thing we can offer is support while you're dealing with this and trying to work things out.  I will say that you should continue to work with your doctors if you think something is wrong.  If you have a doctor who doesn't want to help anymore, find another one.  A good doctor will listen to you and keep working to exhaust every possibility, not just look at some negative test results and tell you it must be in your head.  Feel free to send me a PM if you would like.

Hello.

With so many UNNECESSARY tests, and intake of antibiotics and thinking that you have "Candida in my intestines"
I can only offer you one link:  http://www.medhelp.org/user_journals/show/221430/psychological-aspect-of-STDs-on-these-forums?personal_page_id=1411239

On a side note unrelated to STDs, you have a CBC that came back good.  So your good.
CBC is basically saying your healthy.

Please stop visiting STD clinics as you are wasting time and money.  You should consider moving away form the thougths of STD .  If you have money to waste like this, consider sending me some.   Your going to be alright, in time.
