Not sure what it is. Can someone help?

Over the past couple months i've noticed very small skin colored dots on the underside of my foreskin that seem to last maybe a week and then go away. Sometimes they come single and other times there will be about 3 or so that are very close to each other. They do not hurt, burn, and I have no side effects. I've even gotten an std test and it came back negitive. If I was to pinch them "very hard out of aggravation at that" I get a very clear water looking liquid to come out. About 4 months ago I was on a very strong dose of antibiotics. I'm irritated and would like to get some help on this. Thank you.

I've been to the clinic once, checks and urine tests for all std's came back negitive, i even got a blood test for herpes 3 weeks ago and it came back negitive, doctor said it doesn't look like hiv and im not getting sick. there is no hair where i get these and they are definitly not pimples, you can easily pop pimples and they are normally a little sore. These are not.

Did you make sure that the STD test covered all of the various STD's and STV's?  Sometimes they won't test for all of them.  It could just be ingrown hairs, or pimples.
