Ongoing Symptoms After Treatment

I am a female, 20 years old and recently got treated for Chlamydia. My test results came back negative for a yeast infection, Vaginal Trichomoniasis, all other STI's and STD's. My doctor gave me 4 pills all at once and said that with those pills I'd be cured within a week. It's been 5 days, and I've noticed an increase in itching around my vagina and burning when I pee (which didn't happen before treatment)...  this doesn't seem normal to me. What is going on? Is this normal, a part of the "healing" process, or should I make another appointment? I would like some answers ASAP as I am getting even more worried. Thank you.

My original diagnosis was Cervicitis which they say might have been caused by Chlamydia, that's why they gave me the pills. The Cervicitis did cause inflammation and more redness than usual in my cervix, I was thinking the itching and burning could be because of that... but then that's what I thought the treatment was for?

I'd wait until monday and if these symptoms are still there, return to be seen again.  It can take several days for the medication to work for chlamydia and it could be that something else is going on too. Not unusual for the treatment for chlamydia to cause vaginal yeast too but that wouldn't cause burning with urination.
