Oral chalmydia and urine tests

I recently had an unprotected oral sex with a man and started having a sore throat afterwards. He might have chalmydia but isn’t sure yet as he’s still waiting for his results.

I just had a medical test for pre-employment and the test included urine and blood samples taken from me.

The question is, if I did have throat chlamydia, will it show in the urine/blood tests?
