Pain in pubic area

I have this slight pain in my pubic area.

It's not swollen or anything though.

The pain is a little similar to the feeling you get when your pubic hair accidentally gets pulled.  I feel this once in a while, often times I think its just because my pubes may be little long.  But I felt it just tonight and my pubes are just trimmed.

I don't shave by the way.

It's also not itchy, and feels like there is a little bump.  Like a pimple or something.

Should I be worried?

hey man, what ever came of this? Aside from other slight things I have.. I do get this as well. It sort of feels like an in grown hair type of pinch, its real sporadic, not serious, and not too too painful.. but none the less present.

See a Dr, this is not STD related.

And oh yeah, it's only painful when it gets touched or rubbed or when my boxers rub into it.  Sorry, I forgot about that
