Painful Urine

I had unprotected oral sex 4 weeks ago. The next day I had a burning when I urinated and my throat stated to get sore. The burning got better after 3 or 4 days but I still have a slight burn after I urinate and my throat is still sore. I got tested 24 days afterwards for Chlamydia/GC [ urine test ] and blood test for Hep A,B,C, HIV, Herpes 1 & 2. All came back negative except Herpes 1 and they say I may have gotten that when I was a child. I have on sores on my penis or mouth that i can see and no leakage for my penis. Could it br possible that I still may have some kinf of STD that is causing this problem? Thanks

1, std symptoms don't start a day after an encounter..
2, the test for the chlamydia gono are accurate at 24 days, you should consider, trich, and NGU swabs as well.  the test for HIV, Herpes and syphilis you need to repeat, HIV at 3 months post, HSV 3 months post and Syphilis 6-8 weeks post.

It is hard to tell you what is causing the symptoms since your symptoms started the day after it is doubt full that it is an STD unless you had an encounter before this one.
