Papules on penis

Hi,

For as long as i can remember my penis has never looked normal in my mind. I've been to clinics to get tested and everything was fine with the blood tests.  But it seemed that the more times i had unprotected sex with my ex girlfriends the more spots i got on the head of my penis and more spots on the shaft, and the last time i went a doctor or a nurse i cant remember told me that it was papules on my penis and not to worry and to get some type of polysporin anti fungal cream to put on my penis and nothing changed. I'm embarrassed to show my penis to anyone.

My question is if my penis doesn't hurt at all and its not itchy at all am ok? Do i have any STD's?  The only thing that really bothers me is how my penis looks.

Hi, what your describing is not any std symptom. PPP are on the head and not on the shaft. Similar to ppp on the shaft would be  Fordyce spots or lichen.
All of these can be removed with cosmetic removel. You might consider this as is affecting your personality.
