Penile Discharge Negative STD Test

Hello Sir,
I have had a problem for a long time now, going on 6 years with no assistance. I swear that I know the moment it happened because as soon as my penis entered her vagina I felt an immediate burning. I have had burning during urination and discharge that comes and goes for years. I have had every STD test done and all of them come back negative. I have taken Tinidazole, Rocephin, Doxycyline, Azithromycin, Cipro, and even have rubbed Monostat and vinegar on my penis in case of a possible yeast infection. I have been tested for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, HIV, UTI's, Prostatitis, nongonococcal urethritis, etc. and nothing. I have been to a urologist, in the ER, had swabs, urine samples, blood drawings, etc. and nothing. My partners have developed a fishy smell in their vaginal area and several yeast infections. Usually they are treated with Metronidazole and the smell will go away temporarily but it always returns.

Recently I went to the doctor for Chest Pain; an EKG was done and heart came back normal. A chest X-Ray was done and it looked like I was diagnosed with Pleurisy; I was given Azithromycin and sent on my way with a follow up scheduled 10 days later. When I returned to the doctor I was given another chest X-Ray and it showed the Enlarged Pleura was still present. I now have several doctors appointments scheduled; CT Scans, breathing tests, etc. I have never had TB, Severe Pneumonia, Asbestos Exposure, etc.

I guess my question is; is it possible that this is related? And what other possibilities can this be? Is it possibly Mycoplasma hominis. I read a scholarly article at http://www.biomedcentral.com/1471-2334/10/335 and it sounded like the two could possibly be related. Any assistance or possible direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Did you end up figuring out what's wrong?

Would this also be effective in diagnosing Mycoplasma hominis? Do you think the enlarged pleura and the discharge can possibly be related?

If you have a white/ yellow discharge then this is the key to your infection. Have it swabbed and a PCR test performed to say what it is. White means infection and are evidence of dead cells that can be diagnosed through testing.

Hello,
I have not been tested for Herpes or HPV but have never really seen any signs or symptoms of those two, other than the possible discharge from Herpes. I have had a swab done and tested. The discharge is white to slight yellowish in color and has a consistency that is kind of watery. I do still get the discharge, sometimes worse than others.

Hi, saying your penis started burning as soon as its entered her vagina is not an std symptom contrated from her so you might have developed something prior to that where it caused the burning.
Have you been tested for herpes and was a swab ever taken of your discharge and is it a white discharge and when do you see the discharge and do you still get it?
