Penile Gonorrhea

Okay so I either have gonorrhea or chlymadia so I started doxycycline about 4 days ago and I got a rocephin and Zithromax treatment as well on yesterday. I know my Boyfriend has not given me oral and he only tops. So if he gave it to me then he would have had a discharge but nothing and I would have some weird **** going on with my butt area and not my penis and that's where I'm having the problem. I did get oral from someone a month ago and it was unprotected so I really think it was from them.  So I kno he wants to have sex soon so I should be pretty cured right? Like I just wanna know if you have penile gonorrhea/chlymadia then it will stay in your penis right? It doesn't travel to other parts? If you haven't had any activity in those sites correct?

You can get gonorrhea from oral sex as these bacteria can reside in someones throat and get into your urethra from you meatus opening. You can get any kind of non gonococcal urethritis actually by this way. So even when someone is giving oral to you is not a risk free act. What confuses me is that you dont know exactly what you have. Did the doctor prescribe these antibiotics by hypothesis? You dint get a urethral swab culture?

Not everyone shows symptoms for stds so not having any discharges does not mean your BF does not have stds. Oral sex has lower risk in getting stds so you shouldn't be so sure. It is safest to have sex after a week of finishing your last antibiotics. There isn't a good gauge in this but one week is the safest timing for you to check for any other symptoms.
