Penis "Burn" After Sex

A few weeks ago I had sex with a woman. I wore a condom. Her vagina was very tight. She used her saliva as lubricant. My penis hurt a bit during sex from the friction. I came in the condom inside of her and when I pulled out I noticed that the condom was not leaking or broken. However, the next day on the head of my penis I had what looked like when you get a rug burn. It was not big and it went away in two days. I was wondering, is there any risk that the condom could have been torn in any way and that I got the burn from rubbing up against her vagina? Or could I get the burn from the friction without the condom necessarily having been damaged? I worry because it was a casual encounter and I am unsure of this person's HIV status. I have not had any STD symptoms at all and my penis has not had any other burns or sores or anything like that.
