Penis Pain

I experienced penis pain, and also my testicles. About a week ago, I was riding my dirt bike, and I fell forward and hurt my testicles at that time. The pain lasted about 24 hrs and then stop. Now approximately four days have passed, and now I feel more penis pain, and some in my testicles.
Someone told me that since I have not engaged in any kind of sex, ( including masterbation), that I needed to ejectuculate. Is it true that males need to eject, or they would feel penis pain?

Thank You

If you injured yourself almost a week ago and are still having pain, you need to follow up on this.  Since this isn't std related obviously, future questions on it should be posted in the men's health section or the urology section.

And no, it's not true that you need to clean out the pipes so to say every so often or you'll get pain!

Whats up ziggy.  I dont want to alarm you but if you hurt you testicles in any way I would definately recommend going to see a doctor.  Several years ago a friend of mine and myself were playing basketball with some friends and my friend ended up getting a knee in the testies.  It really hurt him for several days but he just thought it would go away on its own.  Several days latter he started getting swelling that got worse and worse, he ended up finally going to the doctor because his testie sack was apparently pretty swollen.  I quess something with his testies got tied together and he ended up having to have emergency surgery, he almost lost one of his balls!  Chances are that this may not be the case for you, but as a former basketball player I have had my fair shair of injuries in that area, and it is better to err on the side of caution.  And no you do not have to ejaculate, true if your use to masturbating you may start getting a little stiff down there, but it is not a medical need.
