Penis and balls hurt and burning sensation

Good Evening,

I had a protected sex in the last year October. Next day onward my tip of the penis got pain. Later 15days i have visited general doctor and he gave some pain killer. after treatment my entire penis got pain and burning sensation before and reduced after urine. Still my penis hurt doesnt stop. after 2 months i visited Urology doctor, he asked me to take sperm test, blood test and urine test. he said nothing worry and there is no related sexual disease. He gave medicine for my penis pain. still there was penis hurt and burning sensation. i have visited urology doctor so many times. recently i had a pain in my balls and i visited the urology doctor, he took scan and he nothing to worry.

I dont what is the problem. Always penis hurt and burning always. Its ON/OFF condition. sometime normal and sometime this problem. he asked me to do masturbution. i did last month every day night regularly.

Last 3 days. I was going to toilet its automatically leaking with watery condition when i release **** every time.
my sperm is full of watery. last 3 days i didnot do masturbution.

I dont know what is the problem.

Please kindly advise me what is the problem. Suggest me for my problem.

I am like patient and worrying too much. This problem is since last year. I dont know this will stop or it will be in my whole life. I am going to marry in another 6 months.

Best Regards

Kumar

This is an STI board and you are not suffering from an STI. However, speak to your doctor about prostitis or CPPS.

For 3 years?

What kind of testing did your doctor do? Have you had a prostate exam? An ultrasound?
