Penis head hurts

i've had a strange pain on the left side of the head of my penis for over a month now.
It started after I had sex with a girl with no condom ... Now for over month I've had a strange pain on the left side of the head of my penis. The head doesn't look damaged or any different from before. And I can touch the spot and not really feel much pain but there is a weird pain feeling i can deal with it but hate the feeling with i touch it.... i haven't stop Masterbating since because when im hard theres NO PAIN ! im thinking i need to let it rest ... so can someone please help me I dont want a STD or hiv

you had unprotected sex so be sure to properly cover your testing bases at the proper times. when to test for what is listed in our read before posting post on the forum.

could this be a std causing your symptoms? It could be or it could even just be irritation. The best thing to do is to be seen and get it looked at.  

lay off the masturbation for a week too and let the skin rest and heal :)

just go have it checked out, the doc might have to do a biopsy do find out exactly what it is.
You will face medical problems all your life, some threatening and some minor. just learn how to deal accordingly with them. consider this an excersize

You were at risk what? and no rash or cluster so i will have herpes are you sure

Hi Cody, any abnormal situation should be checked  out by a doctor. Obviously something is under the skin. You were at risk for all STD's but your symptoms are more of Herpes. Not exact sypmtoms, as usually its a rash of cluster bumps. Do have it checked out for sure.
